Small Groups @ NEC
We were never meant to do life alone. Small groups are where faith comes to life—in honest conversations, shared struggles, and meaningful connection. Whether you're new to church or have been here for years, there's a group where you can grow, be known, and walk with others on the journey.

Whether you’re new to faith or have been going to church forever, Journey 101: Experience is your place to ask questions, to explore who God is and how he relates to us, and to learn what the Bible is really all about. Over seven sessions, we will dig into the fundamentals of the Christian faith, in a small group setting that encourages questions and conversations. For questions, email journey@nechapel.org.
A new 7-week sessions begins the second Sunday in January, March, May & September.

Bible Studies
Whether you're brand new to the Bible or have been reading it for years, there's something powerful about exploring God's Word together. In a Bible study group, you'll find a space to ask questions, deepen your faith, and build authentic friendships.
Come as you are—no pressure, no perfect answers needed. Just real people, discovering real hope through Scripture.
You’re invited. There’s a seat for you.
Support Groups
We all have something we’re wrestling with—pain from the past, struggles in the present, or habits we can’t seem to break. If you're facing addiction, anxiety, grief, or anything that's weighing you down, you are not alone.
Our support groups offer a safe, confidential place to find hope and healing.
There’s hope here—and it starts with one step.
Young Adults
Life in your 20s and 30s can feel like a rollercoaster—figuring out who you are, what you believe, and where you belong. You don’t have to navigate it alone.
Our young adult group is a space to ask honest questions, build real friendships, and explore how faith fits into everyday life. Whether you’re in school, working, searching, or somewhere in between—you’re welcome here.
Come hang out, be yourself, and grow together.
This is your space. This is your community.
For Men
Life doesn’t come with a manual—but you don’t have to figure it all out alone. In a men’s group, you’ll find a space to be yourself, connect with other guys, and grow in faith without the pressure to have all the answers.
We talk about real stuff—work, family, purpose, struggles, and faith—and encourage each other to become the men God created us to be.
No fluff. No pretense. Just men showing up and doing life together.
For Women
Life is full—of joys, challenges, questions, and transitions. Whether you're navigating work, motherhood, relationships, or simply searching for deeper meaning, you don’t have to do it on your own.
Women’s groups are a place to breathe, be known, and be encouraged. Together, we explore faith, share our stories, pray for one another, and remind each other of the truth: we are deeply loved by God.
Your faith needs friends.
Interest Groups
Church isn’t just about Sundays—it’s about finding connection in the everyday. Interest groups are a great way to meet others who enjoy the same things you do—whether it's hiking, cooking, reading, board games, or anything in between.
These groups are casual, welcoming, and centered around building community through shared passions and authentic friendships. Some even add a little prayer or spiritual reflection along the way.
Find your people. Find your place.
