SANDAL COLLECTION

In support of our partnership with Mission of Hope in the Dominican Republic, we are collecting sandals for children and adults. In January, the mission team from NEC will deliver the sandals as they serve in several remote villages.

All sizes needed, but please no flip flops.

Have you prayed about becoming a part of our $75K Match Challenge? Have you talked to someone about it? If the answer is yes, how about starting small.

In early May, two NECers gave our community a chance to respond to the message on generosity. Out of a love for their church, they challenged us to give regularly to NEC, promising to match up to $75,000 of new or increased recurring donations through August 31. Their hope is that it would both help people practice generosity and provide for the practical financial needs of the church at the same time.

KIDS ZONE

Sundays @ 10 a.m. (Birth through 5th grade). Closed on 9/6.

YOUTH GROUP

Sundays: Middle School (5 to 6:30 p.m.) High School Group (6:30 to 8 p.m.) No youth on 9/6.

Tuesdays @ 6:30 p.m. Big Kids Zone

Celebrate Recovery covers a wide range of life's "hurts, habits, and hang-ups," including various addictions (alcohol, drugs, sex, gambling), co-dependency, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, anger issues, grief, abuse, perfectionism, and dysfunctional family patterns. The program uses a biblically-based, Christ-centered approach, combining the 12 steps of recovery with the 8 Beatitudes to provide a supportive community where individuals can find healing and personal growth by accepting responsibility for their struggles.

Thursdays @ 7 p.m. Big Kids Zone

Every other Monday @ 6:30 p.m. Big Kids Zone. Grief is a solo journey but you don’t have to do it alone.

Third Sunday of the Month after second services  @ various locations.

Sundays @ 10: 30 a.m. in Big Kids Zone. Starts on 9/27.

Select Sundays @ 10:30 a.m. in Big Kids Zone. Led by Pastor Cliff. A safe place to discuss tough topics. Must be a Journey 101 to attend. Next session October 18, 25 & Nov. 1.
