It's a way of life. Helping those in need. It's the way God designed us - to bring out the best in each other and to make a difference when or however we can. During the season of sharing, New England Chapel is leaning into that purpose by partnering with community members and putting our faith in action. See below on ways you can add meaning, hope and love in the lives of many as we close out 2025.

Cookie Mix Drive for the Franklin food pantry

250 Bags of Betty Crocker or Pillsbury Sugar Cookies Needed
Each year, we kick off our Season of Sharing in support of the Franklin Food Pantry.
This organization works to alleviate food insecurity and compassionately empower our community through resources and collaboration. More families count on them during the holidays and winter months as they stretch their dollars to cover increased heat and electricity costs.
Back by popular demand, they have requested that we collect 250 packages of Betty Crocker or Pillsbury Sugar Cookie mix - 17.5-ounce packages. The cookies provide a sweet treat for the food pantry clients during the holiday season. Donations can be dropped off in the box by the table in the hallway by October 26th. GIVE THANKS, GIVE FOOD
Begins November 9
Please join us as we collect Thanksgiving meals for 85+ local families in need.
Donate: Consider purchasing all the items on the shopping list or partner with a friend. Bring non-perishable items to NEC beginning this Sunday, Nov. 9th. and place in the box by the Thanksgiving table in the hallway. Please hold off on bringing non-perishable items until Nov. 23rd.
Volunteers: We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers on Sat., Nov. 22 for sorting and set-up and then on Sun. Nov. 23rd for packing and delivery. Please sign up at the table or by emailing mlhanson2@gmail.com.

LEANING INTO OUR PURPOSE
sharing Christmas Joy
Begins November 30
Our Season of Sharing concludes with Sharing Christmas Joy. Please join us as we bring Christmas Joy to more than 200 local children through our partnerships with Walking in Light, Straight Ahead Ministries, and Bethany Christian Services. Stop by the tables in the foyer to sponsor a child and make a difference for many this Christmas. All donations must be dropped off by Sunday December 14th by noon.
