Every person carries a deep longing to be fully known and fully loved at the same time. The problem is that human relationships can never fully satisfy that longing because there is always a gap between us and the people closest to us. Psalm 139 reveals that God knows every thought, every secret, and every broken part of us, and He has not turned away. He is not waiting for us to get it together before He loves us. His grace does not run out. The starting point for experiencing this is not perfection or certainty. It is simply a mustard seed of openness to the possibility that God is real and that He wants to connect with you personally.
