Week of Peace

Monday, December 15

Song: White Christmas (Bing Crosby)

Verse: Matthew 18:2-4

Questions

  • What do you think the “perfect Christmas” would look like?

  • Why do you think it’s easy to remember the tough moments more than the good ones?

  • What Christmas sights, sounds, or smells bring back happy memories for you?

Activity: Create a gingerbread house together. Focus less on perfection and more on the joy of creating something together.

The Week of Peace (Dec. 14-Dec. 20)

PEACE (Dec. 14 - 20)

Peace isn’t just the absence of noise or trouble—it’s the deep, steady calm that comes from knowing God is with us. Advent invites us to slow down, breathe, and remember that Jesus came to bring peace to our hearts, our homes, and our world. Even when life feels busy, messy, or overwhelming, God’s peace is something we can carry with us everywhere.

This week, through music and Scripture, we’ll look for the places where God is offering us His peace: in our longing, in our memories, in creation, in traditions, and in the story of Jesus’ birth. As you listen, read, and talk together, let God quiet your heart and fill your home with His gentle presence. Jesus is our Prince of Peace—and He is with us.
