NEC’s annual Women’s GetAway
Jan. 23-25, 2026
Sharon, MA
This year’s women’s getaway is centered on the Holy Spirit—the One who breathes life into weary souls and fills us to live Fully Alive. Too often, the Spirit feels like the “Familiar Stranger”—present but unnoticed, available but underexperienced. In Scripture, the Spirit is described as living water—refreshing, cleansing, and overflowing. Just as water revives dry ground and sustains life, the Spirit renews our hearts and makes us flourish. This weekend, we want to create space to recognize, welcome, and be filled by the Spirit’s living water, so that we return home refreshed, renewed, and overflowing.
“All who come to me, the source, will become the source. A river of living water that heals the world will flow from within you.
”

FAQ
I don’t know anyone. What will the experience be like for me?
We know how nerve-wracking it can be to try something new but please know this, we’ve all been there. Our team will be looking for you! There will always be a seat at the table. In fact, Pastor Heather will be there Friday night and Saturday morning at a table for anyone new to the scene. Our guess? By the time you leave on Sunday, you’ll know quite a few people!
Am I required to come for the entire weekend?
Nope! We know life is busy so we have options for all types of schedules: Pick the No-Overnight Option for $100 and join us after dinner on Friday and all day on Saturday. That includes all meals too! If you have the time but are nervous about committing to the all-in option, we get it. Please reach out to one of our team members who can answer any questions you have.
What are the accommodations like?
With various room sizes, onsite parking, and full-service catering, the Wonderland Conference Center overlooks 110 acres on beautiful Lake Massapoag in Sharon, Massachusetts. Most of the rooms are double. There is VERY limited single occupancy. Linens are included and each room has its own private bathroom. There is outdoor seating, a prayer walk, a recreational center, and plenty of places to relax. Plus, it’s only 28 minutes from Franklin.
Are meals included?
Yes! If you signed up for the entire weekend, it includes Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner, and Sunday breakfast. Please indicate if you have any allergies on the signup form.
